All of the writings on the site can be downloaded, of course, but all of the books are for sale.
You should think about this before you order any of the books.

Think of these books as artists books. Originally, they were made by us, so we would have
a printed copy of what we wrote. They are all paperbacks. We typeset them in Pagemaker,
reproduce them at Staples, and and we bind them ourselves. Think about them as a collectibles.
As far as possible, you'll get an autographed book. If you really want your book autographed,
let me know when you order it.

We are new at the selling business, so the ordering system is still primitive.

I'll send you an email back giving you some idea about how long it will take to get
you a copy (usually a week.) Then you can send me a check.
