About the BookTom Surprenant and I wrote this book while we were teaching a course together in the department of Library Science at Queens College. We were trying to put together something non-technical that would help us and the students we were teaching make sense out of Information in a contemporary setting. Writing the book was an education for us. There are a few really spectacular ideas in this book. |

Some
comments recomendations about reading Information I don't think there is any shortcut to reading this book. We make some points that have not been made about information in modern socieity that have not been made before - at least not quite so intelligently, if we say so ourselves.
